We carry $1M in general liability coverage. A Certificate of Insurance is issued listing your venue ahead of the event, not the week of.
One point of contact
You deal with one person from the first walkthrough to the final pickup, and that person is one of the owners. Our own team sets up and runs the booth; we do not subcontract. No handoffs, no "let me check with the team."

Every Luxelle package includes a professional attendant who manages the line, directs guests, keeps the area styled, and breaks down without interrupting the send-off.

Plays well with the photographer
Our flash connects to the camera by cable, not a wireless trigger, so it will not cross-fire with the event photographer's remote flash system, or theirs with ours.

Our team sets up in work clothes, then changes into event-appropriate attire before guests arrive.
Ready for unpredictable venues
A cellular hotspot comes standard, with Starlink available for outdoor events, and battery power is available when an outlet is not. Spotty Wi-Fi or a tripped breaker does not change the experience.
Bilingual on site
Attendants speak English and Spanish, and print templates and props can be bilingual, so every generation of guests is included.
