A professional camera with soft studio lighting on every Luxelle package, so every guest gets a polished, flattering portrait rather than a snapshot.
We run it, start to finish
Not everyone is comfortable in front of a camera. We do the part your guests would have to figure out themselves: where to stand, what to do with their hands, how to fit eight people and a toddler in one frame. We take one Luxelle booking per date, so your booth has someone with it all night.
Prints for everyone
Your guests can use the booth as many times as they want, and every person gets a print each time. At one Ivy Manor wedding, an outdoor courtyard that went from bright afternoon sun to string lights after dark: 282 sessions, 275 prints. One of us was there the whole time resetting the camera as the light dropped, so every guest got a good photo whatever hour they walked up.
A backdrop that fits
We pick a backdrop that matches your venue instead of fighting it. Flower walls and 3D backdrops come with Elegance and Icon.
Sensory-considerate setup, on request
Tell us when you book and we'll run the booth without flash, on steady continuous light, with a still start screen. There's no countdown beep; a number counts down on screen. We usually have ear defenders on hand, and can make sure of it if you tell us in advance. What to ask any photo booth company about flash and sound.
The part that is hard to photograph
We don't just take the picture. We help make it.
A camera on a stand gets you a picture of whoever happened to be standing there. Most of what makes a booth portrait good happens in the ten seconds before the shutter, and that is the part our team is there to do.
Getting people comfortable
Some guests walk up ready. Others need a reason to relax. We talk to people, get a real smile instead of a braced one, and give quiet direction to anyone who would rather not be photographed at all.
Posing and framing the group
We position people, work around a foot of height difference, and move the camera so the tall cousin at the back and the four year old at the front are both in the shot. Nobody gets cropped out of their own photo.
Adjusting as the night changes
Light at eight is not light at eleven. The camera and the lighting get reset through the evening, so the photo your last guest takes is as good as the first one.
Keeping it moving
We watch the line, break up the bottleneck before it forms, and hand every person their print. You should not have to think about the booth once, and you will not have to.
Your guests don't have to know how to pose, where to stand, or how to fit everyone in. That is what we are there for.

At an evening wedding reception at Saddlerock Ranch in Malibu, guests were photographed outdoors after sunset. Continuous softbox lighting and real-time camera adjustments kept every portrait clean and polished: a studio-lit look, outdoors, at night.
In about an hour of booth time: 54 sessions, 110 prints in guests' hands, 52 sent straight to phones.

We carry $1M in general liability coverage. Request our Certificate of Insurance, or ask us to have one issued listing your venue ahead of your event.
Worried it will clash with the room?

Studio softbox lighting on every Luxelle package, for soft, flattering portraits without harsh flash.
Will it interfere with our photographer?
Our flash connects to our camera by cable, not a wireless trigger, so it won't cross-fire with your event photographer's remote flash system, or theirs with ours.
Will the crew look the part?
Our team sets up in work clothes, then changes into event-appropriate attire before your guests arrive, so we look the part for the whole celebration.
Will it feel like part of our design?
We incorporate your wedding's colors, fonts, and pre-wedding photos into your attract screen and photo templates, and can coordinate with your floral arrangements on request, so the booth feels like part of your design, not an add-on.
What if the venue has bad Wi-Fi or power?
Backup WiFi and battery power keep your experience running smoothly, even at venues with spotty connectivity or unreliable power.
