Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information we collect when you visit luxelleco.com or contact us about an event, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We have tried to write it in plain language and to describe what actually happens rather than every theoretical possibility.
Who we are
Luxelle Group LLC, doing business as Luxelle and as SnapBliss by Luxelle, is a photo booth company based in Ontario, California, serving Los Angeles, Orange County, and the Inland Empire. You can reach us at info@luxelleco.com.
Information you give us
We collect information through the forms on this site. We only ask for what we need to answer your question and quote your event.
Our main contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number, which experience you are interested in, your event date, event type, venue or location, estimated guest count, package and backdrop of interest, your preferred contact method, how you heard about us, and any comments you add.
Our corporate form asks for your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, and your event details.
Our planner and venue form asks for your name, email address, company or venue, your role, what you need from us, and your message.
Some links on this site carry details of the page you came from, such as a package or backdrop you were looking at, so the form arrives with that context already filled in. This saves you retyping it and tells us which part of the site brought you to us.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this one collects some information automatically through analytics and advertising tools. That includes your approximate location based on your IP address, the pages you visit, how you arrived, what device and browser you use, and which buttons you click. This is reported to us in aggregate. We do not use it to identify you personally.
Cookies and tracking
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and the Meta Pixel, which lets us measure and target advertising on Facebook and Instagram. Both set cookies in your browser when you arrive.
We want to be straightforward about this: we do not currently show a cookie consent banner, so these cookies are set when you visit rather than after you agree. If you would rather not be tracked, you have several options that work regardless of what we do. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use your browser's private browsing mode, install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on, or adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram account settings.
Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which helps us tell real inquiries from automated spam. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information and sends it to Google for analysis, and is governed by Google's own privacy policy and terms.
How we use your information
We use what you send us to reply to you, prepare a quote, plan and deliver your event, and keep records of the bookings we have taken. We use the automatic information to understand which parts of the site are useful, which are not, and where our inquiries come from.
Event details deserve a specific promise. When you tell us your date, your venue, and your guest count, you are telling us about a private occasion. We use that information to serve you and for nothing else. We do not sell it, rent it, or trade it, and we never have.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services we need to run the business:
- Squarespace hosts this website and stores form submissions.
- Google Workspace carries our email, so your inquiry arrives in our inbox.
- Google Analytics and reCAPTCHA, described above.
- Meta, through the Pixel, for advertising measurement.
- Our booking and contract system, currently HoneyBook and moving to Check Cherry, which holds proposals, contracts, and payment records for clients who book.
Each of these has its own privacy policy governing what it does with the information it handles. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, which has not happened and we do not expect it to.
Payments
Payments are handled by our booking system and its payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries while we are talking with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can pick up the conversation if you come back to us. We keep records of booked events for as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes. If you would like your information deleted sooner, email us and we will remove it from our form records and our contact list.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@luxelleco.com and we will take care of it. You do not need to give a reason, and asking will never affect how we treat you as a client.
California residents have specific rights under state privacy law, including the right to know what is collected, the right to have it deleted, and the right to opt out of the sharing of personal information for advertising. We do not sell personal information. If you would like us to stop sharing yours with advertising platforms, email us and we will handle it manually.
Children
This site is intended for adults booking events. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Security
This site is served over an encrypted connection, and the services we use are established providers with their own security practices. No method of transmitting information over the internet is completely secure, so we would rather say that plainly than promise otherwise.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Meaningful changes will be described here rather than quietly folded in.
